My bachelor's thesis is a collaboration between me and three web developers. This project investigates whether or not it is feasable to use gamification elements to help a user gain information about safe gambling habits. After several iterations we decided to focus on designing a simple game with some cosmetic rewards with the aim of motivating the user to read information in a way that is more interesting to them.
Our problem statement was as follows:

My contribution as a UX-designer consisted of:
Facilitated workshops
Created and held interviews
Usability testing: created test scripts, conducted usability testing and documented findings and suggested solutions
Wireframing and Prototyping in Figma and on paper
Content design

What design methods were used:
- A modified design sprint
- Competitor analysis
- Heuristic analysis (Nielsen's 10 heuristics)
- Interviews
- User journey
- Wireframes
- Prototyping
- Personas/Archetypes
What have I learned:
- Prioritizing work to limit scope creep
- How to find and utilize research
- How to work with the same group for an extended period of time
- How to work through multiple iterations of a project
